Things get serious on the bending test rig: Our RIAL test wheels undergo a durability test with nearly twice the wheel load. Only if no damage is visible after 250,000 revolutions is the test considered successful. Nothing escapes our experts, as special dye penetrant testing allows them to detect even the smallest damage, invisible to the naked eye. The rolling test is equally rigorous, subjecting our Wheels to the same demanding criteria. It verifies whether a wheel complies with all applicable regulations during driving – including in conjunction with the mounted tire. The bending and rolling tests are just two examples from a whole series of tests that a RIAL wheel must undergo during the manufacturing process. If all tests are passed successfully, you can be sure that our Wheels can withstand the stresses of daily use. Naturally, RIAL light alloy wheels meet the respective requirements of the technical services and the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). As one of the leading accessory suppliers in the most important European markets, we further underline our outstanding quality with a 5-year warranty.*

Incidentally, all tests are regularly repeated in our in-house laboratory to ensure that only the highest quality is guaranteed in series production – just as you have come to expect from RIAL for over four decades!
