Collection and storage of data when using our contact form and dealer search inquiry form

We offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on our website. To submit the form, you must enter the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Providing further information is optional. Data processing for the purpose of contacting you is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a of the GDPR based on your freely given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your inquiry has been processed.

Forwarding to dealer

During the configuration process, you can directly display a suitable retailer for your selected product. To do this, you will need to enter your place of residence. Your data is processed on the legal basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters a and b of the GDPR. In addition to the direct retailer search, we also offer you the service of obtaining a non-binding offer for your configured product directly from a selected retailer.

Data collection and storage when commissioning a Wheels assessment

We offer you the option of requesting Wheels appraisals by mail that are not available on our website due to their age. To receive the appraisal, you must complete the designated order form. Data processing for the purpose of sending a Wheels appraisal is carried out in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters a and b of the GDPR based on your freely given consent. The personal data we collect for this purpose will be deleted no later than two months after your request has been processed.

Collection and storage of data when delivering directly to third parties

Despite the company's predominantly business-to-business (B2B) operations, we will, upon customer request, ship orders directly to a private address provided by the customer. We forward the personal data received from the customer (typically name, address, email address, and/or mobile phone number) to a contracted parcel service provider for timely and smooth delivery. This processing is based on the legal basis of contract fulfillment according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Collection and storage of data when visiting our online shop

Data processing within our online shop is carried out upon your order and/or registration and is necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the aforementioned purposes for the proper processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the purchase contract.

The personal data we collect for processing your order will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations, or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

User account

To place orders through our online shop, each customer must create a password-protected customer account. This account provides an overview of completed and active orders, as well as any wish lists created by the customer. If you, as a customer, leave the online shop by clicking the "Log out" button, you will be automatically logged out. We accept no liability for password misuse unless caused by our own actions.

Ordering process

All data entered by customers during the order process is stored by us. This includes first and last name, address, payment details, email address, telephone number, and company affiliation. This data is collected to identify you as our customer, to process, fulfill, and complete your order, for correspondence with you, for invoicing, for handling any liability claims, for asserting any claims against you, to ensure the technical administration of our website, and to manage our customer data.

Disclosure of data to third parties
